Shipping Information
Domestic Shipping
Standard Delivery: We'll process and deliver your package within 2 - 8 business days. All order processing occurs on business days only, (Monday through Friday). Kids Costume Shop uses the services of the United States Postal Service, United Parcel Service, and FedEx.
Express Delivery: Available only in the contiguous U. S.
NOTE: There is no 3-day, 2-day, or overnight delivery to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, or U.S Territory addresses.
3-Day Delivery:
Please add $6.50 to standard shipping and handling charges.
Allow 4 business days for processing / delivery of your order.
2-Day Delivery:
Please add $12.00 to standard shipping and handling charges.
Allow 3 business days for processing / delivery of your order.
Overnight Delivery:
Please add $17.00 to standard shipping and handling charges.
Allow 2 business days for processing / delivery of your order.
APO/FPO Addresses: APO and FPO (U.S Military) addresses are considered domestic and will ship U.S. Priority Mail only.
U.S. Territory Addresses: Guam, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and Saipan addresses follow guidelines for domestic shipments and will ship U.S. Priority Mail only.
International Shipping
After you place the order, we will calculate shipping costs then e-mail you the information. We WILL NOT ship out your order until we get your approval.

Where We Deliver: We ship to most countries. Exceptions include Venezuela, Guatemala, and Africa (due to custom issues).
Estimated Delivery Time: We estimate 15 business days for international orders. We will ship within 48 hours. UPS estimates delivery of 3-4 business days to customs, and 2-3 business days for delivery after customs. Please contact your local customs office for details on customs times and possible delays.
Customs & Duties: Customs and import duties are charged to the customer once the package reaches the destination country. They are the customer�s responsibility, and will vary from country to country. Customers accept all responsibility to follow up with local postal services and customs once UPS makes delivery to the destination country. If a customer refuses shipment due to customs and import duties, we can not refund the merchandise purchase price.
Shipping Method: We ship all international orders via UPS. These shipments require a physical address to ship orders to and P.O. Box addresses will not be accepted.
Back-Ordered & Out-of-Stock Items: Occasionally we have out-of-stock or back-ordered items. We don't ship partial shipments internationally. We'll contact you within 24 hours of receiving the order regarding any items that are out-of-stock or back-ordered.
U.S. Embassy & Consulate Shipments: Packages shipping to U.S. Embassy or Consulate addresses are considered international.

Returns & Exchanges
HALLOWEEN POLICY: October 12 � 31st, all sales are final except for exchanges. Note: Our Halloween Policy overrides any other return policy mentioned on the website.
Return/exchange the costume within 5 days of receipt for a refund (minus shipping costs and restocking fees). A 15% restocking fee (minimum of $5.00) will apply when shipped from our warehouse and 25% when shipped directly from the manufacturer.
NOTE: Restocking fees will be waived on returns that are shipped from our warehouse if an exchange or new order is placed during the RMA process. If an item is ordered directly from the manufacturer, the restocking fee cannot be waived.
Follow these steps for Returns / Exchanges:
1. Products must be in their original packaging and unworn.
2. You will need a Return Material Authorization. (RMA)
3. Please e-mail support@childrenscostumeshop.com or call our Customer Care department at 208 887-9937, Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. 5:00 p.m. MST to obtain the RMA.
4. Securely package the item(s) to be returned / exchanged.
5. Print your name, the word RETURN, and RMA clearly the package.
6. Include your packing slip, invoice or a note indicating the product numbers and why you are returning the item(s).
7. Include a daytime phone number, in case we run out of certain costumes during peak times and we need to contact you for an alternate choice.
8. Return your package to us using the mail carrier of your choice.
9. To order a replacement item, or if you have any questions, contact the Customer Care Department at 208 887-9937, Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. � 5:00 p.m. MST

PLEASE NOTE:
1. Shipping charges are not reimbursed.
2. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment.
3. Please allow two billing cycles for a credit card refund.
4. Return merchandise within 5 days of receipt to ensure proper credit.
Damaged Goods: If your merchandise arrives damaged, please call us immediately. Keep the packaging material because the carrier often needs to study it when a damage claim report is submitted. ALL carriers only process claims within 14 days of delivery, so contact us immediately. We will be the party responsible for filing the claim. After the 14 days, the customer is responsible for the damaged goods.
